I understand that chemical treatments have different effects on different hair types and colors considering previous applications and/or medications (referring to chemical reactions). I agree to hold the salon and the hair technician harmless in the event of unexpected or undesired results due to unknown previous applications, treatments and/or medications. I understand that any further alterations or corrections will be provided at my own expense. This does not mean you will pay for an additional service if you simply aren't happy with results that are different than what was fully communicated with your stylist.
I understand that previous treatments and chemical services can continue to have an effect on my hair. It has been recommended to me that I fully disclose my previous treatments to my stylist prior to the treatment.
I understand that my stylist is a certified technician who will try his or her best to create my desired results. I understand that the best way to assist my technician is to be clear about my requirements.
I understand that Bloom Hair Lounge cleans and disinfects all brushes, sponges, and makeup before and after each client, but sometimes an allergic reaction is unavoidable. I also understand that I can ask for a detailed list of what will be used by my stylist, before my appointment so that I can research the ingredients. I will also inform my stylist of any previous allergic reaction or sensitivity to certain products before my appointment.
I understand that Bloom Hair Lounge is not responsible for any reaction I have to anything that was used during my service whether it be shampoo, conditioner, styling products, color, spray tan solution, or any other product.
We request that you show up to your appointment with clean hair. This allows the best results for any service we provide.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, depending on the service you are scheduled for, we may not be able to accommodate the full service or possibly rescheduling. If you are late and we are unable to perform your service, you are subject to a fee.
Cancellation Policy: Bloom requires 48hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling by calling or emailing the salon. Bloom is closed Saturday-Monday, if needing to make adjustments to your appointment Sat-Mon, please send an email to bloomhairloungespartanburg@gmail.com. All reminder texts are generated, we do not receive any “reply” texts from that number. We only see confirmation on our system when you respond “C.” Your appointment will NOT be cancelled if you do NOT reply “C” to the automated text. We will only cancel your appointment if we have heard directly from you to do so. For all Color Services and Keratin Treatments, Bloom will require a non-refundable $50.00 deposit prior to booking, that will go towards your service. The $50.00 deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another service if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled before 48hr notice. All other services will require a card on file prior to booking. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule your appointment past our 48hour policy, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. Same day cancellations or a NO call NO show will result in a full charge for the services scheduled.
By signing this policy form, you are giving Bloom Hair Lounge permission to store your card information on file to be used in the event we have to enforce our cancellation policy.
Kids under 12: Bloom does not service kids under 12 years of age. We ask that you do not bring kids under the age of 12 to sit during your appointment. This is to keep a relaxing experience for all guests as well as employees.
All card transactions will have a 4% Surcharge, per the credit card company. The fee may be waived with a cash, venmo or check payment.
